I think you'd need to put the DTS audio in a container (such as MKV), then create a DirectShow script to open the MKV via AVISynth, but foobar2000 should be able to open the script and convert to wave. Ok I checked out that link and now I understand that there is no internal LAV audio in MPC-HC, but I am still having problems decoding DTS-HD - it behaves as if the dtsdecoder.dll from my Arcsoft TMT is not being used to decode DTD-HD, even if I place it directly in the filters\LAV folder (I normally just put it in Windows\SysWOW64 so everything can access it). Perhaps i'm choosing the wrong options in eac3to. If none is found, it shows a message to that effect (iirc). If TMT is not installed in your PC, it will look for Sonic Cinemaster Audio Decoder, another DTS-HD decoder (limited to 5.1 or 6.1 channels). When I go to mux the wav file back with the video Tsmuxer stops at 25 and freezes. Eac3to converts DTS-HD (or whatever) to FLAC (or WAV or another format) by using ArcSoft DTS decoder in TMT silently (for DTS-HD).

It uses the Arcsoft dts decoder but when it finishes it gives me a 5GB file which windows says is 27min in length.

The only downside is MeGUI can't output wave files, so I output as FLAC as it's lossless, then convert the flac file to wave with foobar2000, or just about any audio conversion program. I'm having problems using eac3to to demux my dts ma file from a blu ray movie to wav. I don't have LAV Filters installed but I use that method for decoding with ffdshow now and then.
